Before I found my calling in the online space, I spent over 7 years in the BPO industry — navigating the daily grind, the never-ending traffic, the pressure, the crowds, and everything in between. I worked with international accounts in healthcare, fintech, and telecommunications, representing big, reputable names like JP Morgan Chase. It was fast-paced, high-pressure work — and for a long time, I thought that was just how life was meant to be.
Then the pandemic hit. Like so many others, I found myself in unfamiliar territory. Businesses paused, people panicked, and everything shifted. But in the middle of that chaos, something unexpected happened: the rise of remote work.
For the first time in years, I had time — real time — to breathe, reflect, and think about what I truly wanted. I wasn’t just surviving anymore. I saw a chance to build something better, something that lit me up inside.
From Survival Mode to Passion-Driven Growth
Working from home gave me something I hadn’t had in a long time — time for my family, and time to invest in me. I started researching the world of virtual assistance.
What began as curiosity quickly became purpose. But I didn’t stop at “just being a VA.” I wanted to be more — to offer more.
I dove into webinars, enrolled in training programs, and started building my skills in web design, funnel building, creative ads, SEO, and social media marketing. My goal? To become a reliable, one-stop support system for my clients — someone who makes their work easier, their goals clearer, and their lives better.

Every landing page I create, every ad I design, every task I take on — I do it with the same passion and commitment I’ve carried since day one. I’ve learned to be both creative and strategic, to focus on the bigger picture while delivering the details that matter.
